Holland's are dwarf
rabbits with lop ears that weight between 3 and 4 pounds. The Holland's temperament and size is perfect for young children,
although children should never handle a rabbit unsupervised. Holland lop rabbits are so lovable, and
very sweet! The holland lop rabbit is the smallest of breed in the lop family.
A baby rabbit is
called a "Kit" until the age of 8 weeks. From 8 weeks of age through 6 months rabbits are considered
"Juniors", 7 months and older rabbits are considered "Seniors". The average lifespan of a holland lop rabbit
is 7 to 10 years.
